User Creation Permission for Import Process

A new user permission has been introduced to govern whether a user can create new users during the schedule import process. 

A checkbox labeled “Allow User Creation on Schedule Import” is now available in the Add/Edit User settings under the Resources > User page. When this checkbox is enabled, users will be allowed to create new users. When disabled (the default setting), imports are restricted to existing users already defined in the system.

The permission is enforced during the import process: 

• If disabled, the system prevents the creation of new users and displays an information message at the top of the screen: "You don’t have permission to import new users. Only existing Cora PPM Users will be processed." In this case, any users not already in the system must be deselected, and the Username, Name, and Second Name fields will be greyed out. 
• If enabled, user will be able to add as “resource only” new users, if you have sufficient licences.
