The Widgets on My Dashboard are designed to let you see all the work or register items that are currently assigned to you.   Multiple widgets can be opened at once and you can also customise the dashboard by removing unnecessary widgets.

To manage the widgets on your dashboard, go to the icons on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.

Click on the Cog

This will open the Manage Widgets pane.

Adding Multiple Widgets

At the top right of the page you will see:

(Settings; Full/Split Screen; Download).

Click on Settings to display the widgets available to view on the Dashboard.

Click on “Select All Widgets” to select or deselect all the widgets, or individually click on the widgets you want to view on the dashboard.

To open multiple views of the same widget select the  + symbol.

Click on “Select All Widgets” to select or deselect all the widgets, or individually click on the widgets you want to view on the dashboard.

Click SAVE to capture your dashboard selection.

The reason you might switch on two versions of the same widget is to display different views of the data.

To decrease or switch off the widget, select the - symbol.

To restore all the widgets, Click the RESET button.
To set a global date range for the information to be displayed across all of the widgets on your dashboard, you can do this via the widget date ranges option.

Widget Date Range

To set a global date range for the information to be displayed across all of the widgets on your dashboard, go to the widget date ranges option.

Pick the date range for the information you wish to view.  This date range will be applied globally across all the widgets in your dashboard.

Select "Save"

Date Range for Individual Widgets

It is possible to set a different date range, from the globally set date, on an individual widget(s).

Select the widget you wish to change the date for, in this example we are using “My Change Log”, and Click on the cog to open the settings pane

Add the date range you wish to view; in this example it is 19 Aug 2019 to 30 Dec 2020.

Click SAVE

The date range shows on the top bar off the widget.

The date filter can be removed by clicking on the X after the date.

Full Screen

To view the full screen, go to the icons on the right-hand side of the navigation bar and select the full screen icon
