Update Widgets and Reports to use New Baseline Structures

Existing widgets and reports pointing to baseline data, have been updated to point to the new baseline data structure.

Prerequisite

For the Widgets and Reports to point at the new baseline structure, the following permanent toggle needs to be applied.

Permanent Toggle: Updated_Baselines

1 – Widgets

Milestones – displayed on the Project Dashboard

Baseline dates and deviation data are listed in the grid

My Workflow Approvals – displayed on the My Dashboard

Baseline approval requests are displayed

Register Widget for register with Type: Baseline Change Control – displayed on the Project Dashboard

Baseline linked to the register line item is listed in the grid

Timeline tab – displayed on the Portfolio/Executive Dashboard.

Tooltip displays baseline data

2 – Reports

Snapshot/Flash report

Baseline dates and deviation data are listed in the grid when adding milestone data

Report Builder

Baseline data from the new structure is displayed when Baselines is selected in the column header

Project Summary

On adding Milestone Gantt to the report, Baseline Finish is displayed, and the user will also see if the Finish Date is before or after the baseline
