Administration - Workflow Enablement

This document is an Administrator’s guide and any changes like this should be done on UAT first, prior to applying to live. We also recommend that you consult with CST or your Cora Account Manager before doing any work in this space. 


Enabling Workflow

Go to ADMINISTRATION | System | My Installation – Features Tab, and ensure that workflow is an enabled feature.


Assigning the Workflow Role

In order for someone to be able to access the workflow management screens within Cora PPM to pause, restart or cancel a workflow, they need to be assigned the workflow role on their user ID.


To enable the workflow manager role, go to ADMINISTRATION | Resource | User and search for the user name

  • Click on the name


 Ensure the Workflow Manager system Role has been assigned to you.
