On the right-hand side you can select “Show Views” and “Show Columns”.
Show Views
“Show Views” allows you to select from pre-configured views of the Register items.
Toggling Columns
By clicking "Show Columns" on the right-hand side of the screen, you can view all available column headers.
- Click on the column names to choose which column headers you wish display or hide.
- Use the scroll bar to scroll through and see all the headings.
In this example, when we click on the following column names: Workflow Name, Workflow status, Workflow Submitted By and Workflow Submitted Date, they become greyed-out and the columns are removed from view.
Simply click on the greyed-out column names to display the column again.
You can change the order of the columns in your register by dragging and dropping the column heading to the desired location.
Sorting and Filtering Columns
In the register view, you can sort the column data by clicking on the heading. In this example, we want to view the closed tickets. Clicking on the “Status” column heading brought the “Closed” results to the top of the list.
Also, you have the ability to sort data in columns by clicking on the three dots at the side of the column name.
This opens up the filtering options.
Depending on what column header you click on, you get different sorting and filtering options, for example by selecting “Closed” you only see the closed items.
- Check the option: e.g. Closed
- Click APPLY. The register will display only the Closed items.
