Sharing a Scenario

Click on “Manage” button beside Scenarios to view who owns and has access to the listed scenarios.

This opens the following pane:

You can use the “Action” icons to edit, view, delete and share out the scenarios.

• Click the middle icon under '"Actions" to open the “Manage Scenarios” pane. 
• Click “Add” to open the drop-down list of users. Here you can add the users you want to share your scenario with.

• Click into the “Has Edit Rights” column to open the drop-down list. Here you can give the user the right to edit the scenario or just to view it.

• Click SAVE to retain your selection

In the following example we can see that three people can see the scenario but only one person, kdimmock, has “Edit Rights”.  

This means that when “kdimmock” logs into their instance of Cora PPM, they will be able to see this scenario in the drop-down list of their Scenario planning screen, and will be able to make changes to the scenario.
