Register Distribution Email Notification Updates

Enable notifications

To enable register notifications, navigate to Admin | Configuration | Project Registers -> open register and select Enable Distribution.

Email Notifications

In the email notification the ‘Click Here To View My Dashboard’ link name has been updated as per the users access

• 'Click Here to View My Dashboard'. Where user does not have access to the project or register item
• 'Click Here to View the Project Dashboard'.  Where user has access to the Project but not the register item
• 'Click Here to View the Register Item'. Where user has access to the Project and the register item

When the user clicks on the link where they are directed to depends on their access:

• If the user has access to register they will be directed to the register grid and the line item will be highlighted. This is the same functionality as in workflow, notification came from the 2nd register item below and is highlighted

• 
• If the user has access to the project but not the register, they will be directed to the Project Dashboard
• If the user does not have access to the project or the register they will be directed to My Dashboard
