  No. IPMDAR can only be run for the current period. Once new period data is generated, the prior period becomes available briefly — but once you move past it, it's no longer accessible. Plan generation windows carefully.

• What baselines must be in place before running?
  A Status Date must be set, and active, approved baselines must exist for all three types: PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline), MTH (Month End Baseline), and EAC (Estimate at Completion Baseline).

• What is the benefit of the 16-day delivery cycle?
