Colour by slack
To identify the slack on your project, open the Cora PPM Gantt. On the top right of the Gantt chart, look for the "Colour By" drop-down and set it to "Colour By Slack".
Meaning of the colours
The Gantt Chart bars will display the bars as colours depending on the slack available to each task, as according to the slack thresholds defined, measured in full calendar days.
Any task in RED is on the critical path, and any delay or improved finish date updates on these tasks will have an equal affect on the project end date.
Adjusting thresholds
You can control these thresholds project to project, being sensitive to the project overall duration, where longer projects may want to have a bigger threshold, and smaller duration thresholds for quicker projects.
On the Properties page on that project, you can change these thresholds by adjusting them here:
