Transfer to Resource Demand
Clicking this button will display a modal allowing the user to select whether to delete all existing demand and from what period to apply the new demand:
Skill requirements can only be transferred to SCM from the current month forward. Skills assigned
to tasks in prior periods are not transferred.
The Star button will be styled differently depending on whether the skill demand in the schedule is in sync with the resource demand in SCM. The star will be just an outline when the skill demand is in sync. When it is not in sync, the start will be a solid colour to indicate to the user that they have a mismatch.
