Qualifications

This feature exists to support organisations that must track whether their resources hold required certifications — for example, safety certifications, professional accreditations, security clearance or compliance requirements — so that project managers and resource managers can see at a glance what each person is qualified to do.

When a qualification is set to expire, the system visually flags it in red in the grid once the expiry date has passed, giving administrators an instant warning that a user's qualification has lapsed.

All changes (add, update, delete) to user qualifications are written to the system audit history, including the qualification name, achieved date, and expiry date.
